UNI...
I went to Uni to study fine art at the age of 55 years. A decision I would never regret because I met some great people there including 12 more mature students. It was a great experience. I felt I needed to be with like minded people and to also try some new techniques.
In my 2nd year I decided to follow a definite theme in my work and chose to highlight the plight of animals in the farming world especially focusing on the dairy cow and the chicken industry.
I'd been studying etching in my 1st year and I used this new found interest to depict the theme I had chosen. Along with six foot drawings I did many etchings of the suffering in some parts of farming.
